Roco Lease Agreement

I authorize ROCO to act as agent for the purpose of leasing my timeshare for the dates above.
I understand that all resort maintenance fees/assessments must be paid in full prior to entering this agreement.

I understand that once I agree to relinquish my unit/week to ROCO for the above dates, any and all reservations made by ROCO for the above unit/week shall have precedence over any other form of reservation by the owner.
In the event that ROCO has not confirmed a reservation within 7 days of the start date for the

above listed property, ROCO reserves the right to return the unit to the owner for their own use. It is the owner’s responsibility to recover the week for usage or exchange purposes.

I agree to pay ROCO 25% commission on all lease income.

I agree to pay the resort association a $75.00-$150 cleaning fee for every additional lease turnover (cleaning) necessary to complete leases during the above stated interval week.

I authorize ROCO to accept a lesser fee based on their judgement.

I understand that there is a 6–8-week processing period in which ROCO will issue a company check minus 25% commission and any cleaning fees if applicable.
